If you're coming to the show, you can find us in the RV lot. Look for the giant military truck
Jimmy Buffet 2010
The Jimmy Buffet Concert at Jiffy Lube Live (formally the Nissan Pavilion) is this Thursday. The current plan is to meet at Prince William campus of GMU around noon. We plan to leave there at 1pm to head to the concert.
Setesh (our Deuce and a Half military truck) will be joining us this year. It's equipped with a HDTV, sound system, refrigerator, couch, WiFi, mobile internet access, a concoction mixer, and many more things. We're still working on the cup holders... All of the electronics are powered via an inverter and a set of 6 big batteries.
If you'd like to read more about the truck itself, you can check out SudoSeth.com

Party’s Over
Thank you all for another awesome LAN party. I look forward to hosting more in the future. Now, it is time to briefly clean up, power the systems down, and sleep.
ENFO’s Truck v. House
Daniel, Daniel, Josh, and Trey are in the truck playing against myself, Andrew, Kathi, and Stefan. We're using my new SIP and Trixbox telephone system to communicate with each other. Even though I couldn't get the landline phones to work, my Android based phone is running a SIP client, which Josh is now using. It works well enough, but I am still looking forward to a hard wired system. After this game, Daniel E will be leaving and we will return to playing DoTA.
Lack of Updates
Wow, I've been really bad at updating the blog during this LAN party. So far we've played four rounds of DoTA and are about to begin a round of ENFO's. I've played around some more with the VoIP phones, and bricked one of the five FXS units... hopefully I'll have better luck with them tomorrow.
Intercom Offline
I got 5 new IP phones to extend my home's PBX system into the deuce and a half, but there wasn't enough time to get them setup and working before the LAN party started. On the bright side, so far everyone is in the house. Food should be here shortly.
LAN Party Tonight
I'm hosting one last LAN party before everyone heads back to school. I'll host another one during spring break and several during the summer.
More details can be found on the facebook event. I'll be posting game updates as the night goes on. For now, it's off to Maryland to get some IP phones so that we can have a proper communications link between my room and the Deuce.
